The Treasurer
A few things to note: as we approach
the end of the year, please remember to remind everyone to begin the process
for preparing annual treasurer's reports for parish ECWs. It is also a time to
encourage having the records audited when the parish audit is being conducted.
This will allow for clear and accurate records.
Another reminder is to make sure
any donations to the White Envelope program or Voluntary Dues should be mailed
to the Treasurer by December 31st to be processed for year 2012. While we allow
a few days after the 31st for late mail due to the holidays, there is a cutoff
date, usually by January 10th.
Please be sure to mail the funds
